GRAW 2 Demo now available on LIVE

Ubisoft have today announced that a single-player demo of the hotly-anticipated Xbox 360 title Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 has been made available on Xbox Live.

Weighing in at 625mb, the demo allows you to partake in the second chapter from the games campaign mode, which promises 12 missions in total. GRAW 2 promises to be more of the same for fans of the original, with a few tweaks for those of us that were less than taken with the initial title.

Ubisoft have also stated that 6-player full co-op campaign mode will also be included in the final product, which should appease multi-player fans of Rainbow 6, Gears of War and the soon to be released Crackdown.

So, GRAW 2 - anyone tried this demo yet?

I must say, despite the fanfare surrounding the first titles release - I just couldn’t get into it at all…I’m assuming this will be more of the same.

Hey ho - I guess I’ll be playing Lumines until Half Life or Halo 3 appear.

I haven’t given the demo a go yet, however I will be interested in trying it out. I enjoyed the first installment although towards the end of the game I found it got a bit repetitive. The multiplayer aspect of this game was a real seller though. the co-op missions were well done though a little short and too few of them. (And the less said about the pricing of the co-op expansion pack the better).

If in this new release they have made some significant changes then this could be an interesting title If, however, we simply end up with more of the same then I personally may find that the last one is a bit too fresh in my memory for this to have the same impact. I’ll wait until I have tried the demo to say any more.
