Live! Arcade to get a ‘double whammy’ tomorrow
As is now common, Wednesday’s herald a new addition to the Xbox Live! Arcade. This week is different however in that two titles will be released on to the platform at the same time.
Gyrus is an old-skool style arcade shooter, released way back in 1983 and developed Konami. You fight off the alien scum by moving your ship around the outside of the screen (Orbit?) whilst firing your weapons towards said scum lurking around the centre. 400msp
3-D Ultra MiniGolf Adventures. Now this looks interesting - anyone remember Putt ‘n Putter on the Master System? Developed by Wanako (now Vivendi) Games, and looking pretty sweet is this little gem which brings ‘crazy golf‘ to the masses. Multiplayer included, so you can all reminisce about windy family holidays by the seaside trying to get that golf ball under the windmill. 800msp
