Xbox 360 Lego Star Wars - The Complete Saga
That wacky Lego-lovin dev team over at LucasArts/Traveller’s Tales have announced
“The Complete Saga”, a title that will combine their last 2 games with some HD polish and apparently some new content. As far as fun 4 player experiences go, Lego Star Wars 2 still hasn’t been beaten in my opinion, and knowing LucasArts, they won’t stray too far from a working formula, they’ll just add to it. With the ability to mix and match characters from both games, it seems like a normal affair in brickland, only this time we can expect Xbox Live support. - Use the force NOOB
My only fears arise when I reflect on a few observations: I’ve never heard of this project before today, and they’ve given the title a Fall 07 release date.
Maybe the Lego people need a holiday title because Batman won’t be ready, maybe George and the gang need $$$ to hold them over until Force Unleashed drops, maybe I’m just being pessimistic. (Maybe the last non-lego StarWars game I played was RogueSquadron3 on GameCube and I still have nightmares from the experience).
The last few iterations in the series have been gameplay gold, hopefully they put enough effort into the multiplayer this time around to make it worth-while. Its not like you’ll be surprised by the storyline or plot-twists considering the content. Anyways, check out the press release at their website for more info - until then you can put on your dark Vader costumes and hit each other with sticks, just make sure you play in the street at night….

I still have LSW2 in it’s wrapper here - never put it on yet. Perhaps time to trade it in before the value goes through the floor!!
