Xbox 360 Bioshock Demo
1.35 Gigs on the old harddrive earns you a stroll in the underwater city of Rapture a little early. Release dates in North America and Europe looking at August 21 and 24, I’ve been waiting for a chance to check this title for a while. Still at work a few more hours, after that you guys will get my impressions. Drool with me over a few screenies for now:

downloaded the demo last night, but havent yet had a chance to play.
anyone got any brief impressions?

Awesome graphics and art direction. Opening scenes play out like you are part of a feature-film. Plasmid powers very fun, making someone catch fire out of nowhere didn’t get old. Demo was a little short for size of download though, definitely a teaser. If I wasn’t interested before, after the demo playthrough title upgraded to rental status at least, worth a look.

Excuse my language but.. Hucking Fell!
Amazing graphics - I knew it was going to be pretty but not ‘that’ pretty. It’s gorgeous and totally smoooooth. Art direction is some of the best I’ve ever seen in a game (save for maybe ICO) and the controls just work perfectly. First time you see the water effects you will feel hydrophobic for sure.
Absolutely incredible - I’m off to pre-order. Anyone know of any reputable online retailers who can delivery on day of release?
