Devil May Cry 4 Demo Hits One Millionth XBL Download
Capcom has proudly reported that as of this past Saturday, the Devil May Cry 4 demo on Xbox Live has hit the one million download milestone, making it the first demo in 2008 to reach one million downloads and one of the fastest demos to accomplish the feat in the service’s history.
How fast you ask? Well, according to the provided numbers, the demo has been averaging over 25,000 downloads every day since it launched on January 24th. That’s a lot of damn downloads, and this report only concerns the Xbox 360 version! Surely the PS3 demo has amassed a sizable download count as well.
Given the incredible success of the demo, it’s no surprise that DMC4 has been a huge hit at retail so far too, although Capcom hasn’t reported any specific numbers as of yet.

I recently finished this game. It was good fun with some amazing cut scenes but some last generation niggles still appear and ruined it a little for me. Issues such as a frustrating camera that can hide what you want to see or change when you walk through a door causing you to walk back the other way. Still good fun and a must for fans of the series.
