Too Human Demo - Updated
Not sure if its a global release, but next week, July 14, Too Human gets a demo in the USA.Apparently the demo will cover part of the first level, pretty scarce on details other then that. Consider this the shortest post ever,
(sorry Bleem) its Friday and I rented Unreal Tournament. Look out for some impressions on the 360 flavor of Unreal, and my hands on for Too Human next week some time - have a good weekend guys

**UPDATE**
Since downloading the demo Monday evening I’ve played it through 6 times. The Champion is the only class available, for now, and I had some great fun (as expected) playing through Silicon Knight’s epic masterpiece. The combat was alot of fun, and looked great, but somewhere about 45 minutes into my second play through I realized this could get repetitive, I’ll blame that squarely on this being a demo build, limiting my character to around lvl 7 with somewhat limited equipment. With that whole demo-limit in mind, its still about an hour long, and the few times I’ve played I haven’t seen too many repeats in armor/weapons, so there is still tons to uncover. The camera was spectacular, with 7 different flavors depending on your tastes, although it rips control from you in non-combat scenarios, accenting the story when it did pan out or zoom.
My only gripe is some of the rather low-res textures in the opening cinematic, the transport vehicle circa 1993 makes some of the visuals look dated. I hate to use the word patchwork on such a compelling experience, but the visuals (in parts) seem somewhat pieced together, like an older women with some facial work done( cougar ). Although some of the cinematics up front looked meh, the in-game graphics really shine. Plenty of enemies on screen with no drop in framerate, different armor and equipment show up on a beautifully rendered character in and out of cutscenes making the loot the star, not Baldur.
Diablo 2 still takes up vast amounts of weekend playing time, and Too Human is about to take its place. RPG of the year IMO <—
